How we got here

The Still Centre was founded by Michael Robbins in 2009. We believe it is possible to live a life of awareness and peace of mind, with an outlook that is flexible enough to navigate the ups and downs of life. This approach informs and guides our core teachings and practices at The Still Centre, as we focus on helping you better connect to yourself, to other people, and to your surroundings. We offer a variety of courses, classes and workshops, all with mindfulness at their heart, to help you find balance in body and mind - your still centre.
